We work with you to establish your key objectives, then provide advice and suggest ways in which admin and systems can be implemented to provide structure and set you on a clear path to effectively achieve those goals.

If required we can be actively involved in your day-to-day operations, do your bookkeeping or just provide adhoc support. We will assist you on whatever basis you prefer and you only pay us for the work we do. Many of our clients find our services more cost effective and desirable than employing staff – as you are obligated to pay your staff – even when the workload doesn’t warrant them being there. Please be assured that everything we do will be conducted in consultation with you to ensure the ultimate control and autonomy stays with you.

Let us train your staff to improve your clients’ Customer Service experience. We have extensive knowledge in this area and if you get this right, it will greatly enhance your chance of repeat business and referrals – two things imperative for the continued success in any business.

Do we sound expensive? Well that’s good because you can see the value in what we do, however we are careful to remain affordable. We understand the intricacies and cash flow restrictions associated with running a small business and we genuinely want to impart our valuable knowledge on to other Business Owners. Think of it as an investment of resources into your business. The increased turnover generated by getting your admin on track will offset anything you pay to adminlink.

You can pick and choose which services you need or ask us to identify areas we can assist. There are no long-term agreements and you can choose how fast we turn your business around. You can go all in or we can stagger the work to fit in with your budget.

You can use our services in a variety of ways:

  • We can support, train and mentor your staff; partner or family members
  • Training partners and/or family members is a great way of ensuring the intellectual property we impart to them stays with your business
  • Many of our clients follow the “normal” scenario where they employ staff to cover day-to-day enquiries and basic admin tasks, then engage adminlink to carry out the more complex tasks including Compliance issues, ATO Reporting and Bookkeeping.
  • If required we can be actively involved in your day-to-day operations, do your bookkeeping or just provide adhoc support. We will assist you on whatever basis you engage us and you only pay us for the work we do.

Appraisals:

After consultation with you, we will provide you with a proposal of what services we feel you will need to get the job done and how much it is likely to cost.

Pricing Schedule

We charge an hourly rate for our services. We offer packages for specified projects for blocks of time (at a reduced hourly rate). On completion of work, we will provide you with time-billing logs to show you what we did and how long it took.
